Somewhere amidst a piano keyboard, a dataset, and a Figma file—I haven’t yet found a universal definition—chasing connections between code, design, and music.

_designing ambient sounds that move through architectures: Newcleable Energy Biennale

YEAR: 2025

ROLE: sound designer

In collaboration with Newcleo, Fincantieri, and Pininfarina Architecture, Accurat created an immersive installation centered on the LFR TL-40—a compact, fourth-generation reactor designed to produce large quantities of emission-free energy continuously for 15 years, while significantly reducing nuclear waste.

At the heart of the installation stands a full-scale, 5-meter-tall reactor model. With the use of data, motion graphics, and immersive sound design, the video mapping brings the building's façade to life, transforming complex science into an accessible and emotionally engaging story.

I was asked to design a sparse aural environment that would serve to emphasise the key points of the data narration as well as the spatial transition between the two main physical sides of the installation.
