Speed & Scale global initiative is to move leaders to act on climate. Their work focuses on education, advocacy, and solution-scaling. To bring this mission to life, Speed & Scale commissioned Pentagram the Climate Tech Map project, developed in collaboration with Accurat under Pentagram’s design direction.

The platform identifies technical “Innovation Imperatives” and “Moonshots” that will accelerate decarbonization, gathering over 60 imperatives and 39 moonshots across 24 opportunity areas in six key sectors—Buildings; Manufacturing; Transportation; Food, Ag & Nature; Electricity; and GHG Removal.

The atlas seeks to ignite bold, scalable breakthroughs and drive ambitious global investment in existing, emerging, and yet-to-be-discovered climate technologies. It invites students, innovators, investors, policymakers, philanthropists, and the inherently curious to join us in envisioning and building a decarbonized future.
